Urbshark Inc. – Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urbshark Inc. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges subject to the terms below.



1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 45 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, scents, or damage
  • With all original tags and packaging attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or intimate garments (if applicable)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

3. Returns (Canada & United States)

3.1 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, login to your Urbshark account and submit your return request.

In case of questions, contact us at: care@urbshark.com
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

3.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Canada: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • United States: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees on returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3 Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • The same item in a different size or color
  • Items of equal value

How Exchanges Work

  1. Contact us to request an exchange.
  2. Ship the original item back following our instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@urbshark.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will replace the item at no cost or provide a refund if replacement is unavailable.

6. International Returns (Outside Canada & U.S.)

7. Items Lost or Delayed in Return Shipping

Urbshark Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Lost return packages
  • Damaged return packages
  • Delays caused by carriers

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped.

To request a cancellation before shipping, contact us as soon as possible.
