- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

- Refusal to pay these fees may result in delayed delivery or return-to-sender at the customerβs expense.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Urbshark Inc. is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to inaccurate shipping information

Carrier inability to deliver to your location
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is shipped, control of the package transfers to the carrier.
Urbshark Inc. is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external conditions
- Packages marked asΒ delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer
