Urbshark Inc. – Shipping Policy

DISCLAIMER: The following policy is not applicable during the pre-order period, which may extend through February 2026. Customers will be notified with shipment updates once orders are ready for fulfillment.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Orders are processed inΒ Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Within Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories.

Shipping Options (Canada):

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

Typical Delivery Times:

  • Standard: 3–9 business days
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

3. Shipping to the United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

  • Expedited: 2–6 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Canada + U.S.)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country or region.

  • Canadian customers: GST/HST/PST is applied at checkout.
  • U.S. customers: Some orders may incur additional customs duties upon arrival, depending on state and federal regulations.
  • Urbshark Inc. doesΒ not cover or reimburse customs or import fees.
  • Refusal to pay these fees may result in delayed delivery or return-to-sender at the customer’s expense.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Urbshark Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to inaccurate shipping information
  • Carrier inability to deliver to your location

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped, control of the package transfers to the carrier.

Urbshark Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external conditions
  • Packages marked asΒ delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer
  • Damage caused during transit

For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us and we will assist you in starting a carrier investigation.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

9. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or fulfillment logistics.
Β You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
